Boston Tea Party Announces Presidential Ticket
Last week, the Boston Tea Party’s online Presidential Nominating Convention concluded after 2 days with the Vice Presidential nomination going to a 2nd round of balloting.
Tiffany Briscoe (Maryland) was chosen as the Presidential nominee on the first round of voting. Kimberly Johnson (Arizona) was chosen as the Vice Presidential nominee on the 2nd round of voting.

Benedict Resigns, Libertarian Party Hires New Executive Director
Wes Benedict resigned his position as Executive Director of the Libertarian Party and has moved to Louisiana. The Libertarian Party has hired Carla Howell of Massachusetts to replace Benedict.

Club For Growth Issues Statement Regarding Potential Barr Campaign
The Club For Growth has released a statement stating that if rumors concerning former Congressman Bob Barr are true and that he is in fact considering running for Congress again as a Republican they would endorse his opponent, Congressman Tom Graves, in the Republican primary.
