Former Republican Congressman and 2008 Libertarian Presidential nominee, Bob Barr, appeared last night on the “O’Reilly Factor” to defend civil liberties in this country. Congressman Barr recently wrote an article in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution saying “the sniping at the president by Republicans, including former Vice President Cheney, and by conservative radio and TV commentators, borders on — if not passing into — asinine.”
Congressman Barr formerly served in the CIA and as a United States Attorney.
